This is a quarantine cell for interpretations, sealed inside a flood of pigment that once served as a map of unspoken memories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The eight windows do not align. They misremember in unison. Each sliver of face is a version of the self that blinked out of sequence, paused mid-reflection, or got caught in a feedback loop between recognition and rejection. You are not looking at a man\u2014you are looking at a slideshow of partial truths, stitched together with melted resolve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The background isn\u2019t paint. It\u2019s coagulated introspection, swirled with discarded assumptions, inked with the residue of vanished intentions. The colors\u2014teal and rust and scorched copper\u2014mimic both decay and birth, as if the portrait is constantly shifting between exit and entrance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each pane is a confession. Together they form a machine that does not function, yet <em>remains active<\/em>. The border is not a frame. It is a containment protocol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Viewers may feel watched. That\u2019s normal. This work is not passive\u2014it <em>studies you back<\/em>. If you begin to hear your name whispered in the rhythm of brushstrokes, do not answer. It is not asking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This piece should be rotated occasionally. It resets the surveillance cycle. Never show it a mirror.
